You’re not alone. We help you find supportive community recovery groups and reputable treatment options, along with valuable after-care resources for ongoing recovery support.
Confidential conversations and next-step guidance, along with access to community recovery groups, ensure you receive the recovery support you need. We also provide referrals to trusted in-house treatment partners and after-care resources, including regular check-ins.
Individuals, families, churches, community leaders, and employers all play vital roles in providing after-care resources and facilitating community recovery groups to strengthen recovery support.
Trauma-informed, faith-anchored, and practical, we provide after-care resources that honor your pace, protect your privacy, and focus on sustainable steps. Our community recovery groups and recovery support are designed to help you every step of the way.
Grace Five does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For emotional distress or substance crisis, please reach out to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) for 24/7 support. Additionally, for those seeking after-care resources, community recovery groups, and recovery support, there are various options available to help you on your journey.
There are no set fees for individuals or families seeking guidance, community recovery groups, or referrals. We do not withhold support due to the inability to pay. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, contributions help cover materials, coordination, and after-care resources.
In addition, revenue from our paid services, including but not limited to CPR/First Aid/AED training, leadership development, business management training, team building, and consulting, directly supports recovery efforts, enabling people to access recovery support when they need it most.
