Grace Five is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping individuals and strengthening communities through practical training and compassionate support.
We provide professional development and life-saving skills through business management workshops, leadership training, and certified First Aid, CPR, and AED classes.
In addition to training, Grace Five is committed to walking alongside individuals and families affected by substance abuse. We facilitate community recovery groups and connect those in need with trusted recovery and rehabilitation partners that provide in-house treatment and long-term support.
Our mission is to empower people with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to flourish in every area of life—professionally, personally, and within the community.

Tina Ratliff serves as Grace Five’s Addictions & Recovery Counselor. Her passion for helping others is rooted in her own story. At age 10, Tina lost her mother to a drunk driver. Growing up under a strict and controlling environment, she became rebellious, married young, and faced the heartbreak of an early pregnancy loss. The next two decades were marked by a mental, emotional, and spiritual roller coaster anger, resentment, and confusion.
By God’s grace and through the people He placed in her life, Tina found healing and recovery. Today, she stands on the other side of that journey to walk with others who feel stuck in the same pit of despair. With a calm, compassionate presence and a firm belief that every person has dignity and purpose, Tina helps individuals take practical steps toward freedom and long-term restoration.
Tina is state-certified and a National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level I (NCAC I). Her approach is trauma-informed, faith-anchored, and highly practical combining recovery planning, relapse-prevention skills, group facilitation, and connections to trusted in-house treatment programs and community resources. Her message is simple and hopeful: You have value and worth. Jesus loves you, and He has a plan for your life.
